Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure that we can continue providing the best possible care to all our clients.
When an appointment is booked, that time is reserved just for you. Late cancellations or missed appointments mean that another client, who may be on a waiting list, misses out on the opportunity to receive support.
To help us provide fair and efficient care for everyone, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel a session, you give notice by at least 4 p.m. the day before your booked session. This allows us to offer the time to another client in need. See the full cancellation policy here.
