Thrive Health Therapies provides occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology and Allied Health Assistant services across metropolitan Adelaide.
Depending on the service you require, appointments may be available at our accessible Findon clinic, in your home or community, or via telehealth. Our mobile services cover areas from Gawler to Noarlunga, with selected services also available in the Adelaide Hills and outer southern suburbs.

Our Findon Clinic
Our accessible allied health clinic is located at 184 Findon Road, Findon SA 5023.
The clinic includes welcoming consultation rooms, a rehabilitation gym and dedicated paediatric therapy spaces. It is designed to support children, adults and older adults attending occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech pathology and Allied Health Assistant appointments.

In-Home Therapy Services
If attending our clinic is difficult or an assessment needs to take place in your everyday environment, we may be able to provide therapy in your home.
Home visits allow our clinicians to understand how you complete daily activities within your own environment and recommend practical strategies, equipment or modifications that suit your individual needs.
Our mobile service area includes:
Western Adelaide: Findon, Woodville, West Lakes, Port Adelaide, Henley Beach, Grange, Semaphore and surrounding suburbs
Northern Adelaide: Prospect, Modbury, Salisbury, Golden Grove, Elizabeth, Gawler and surrounding suburbs
Eastern Adelaide: Norwood, Magill, Burnside, Campbelltown, Athelstone, Tranmere and surrounding suburbs
Southern Adelaide: Glenelg, Marion, Hallett Cove, Reynella, Morphett Vale, Noarlunga and surrounding suburbs
Adelaide Hills and outer southern suburbs: Selected services may be available depending on clinician availability

Community-Based Therapy
Therapy can also take place in environments where everyday activities and participation naturally occur.
Depending on your goals and the service required, community-based appointments may be provided in:

Supported accommodation and aged care settings

Telehealth Services
Telehealth appointments may be available when appropriate for your needs and goals. These appointments allow you to connect with your clinician by secure video call from home or another suitable location.
Telehealth may be used for therapy, consultations, caregiver education, reviews and follow-up appointments. Your clinician can help determine whether telehealth is suitable for the support you require.
